You have five payment options: credit card, Paypal, direct bank deposit, cheque or money order.
Credit card. You can pay with your VISA card, MasterCard or other credit card. Credit card payments are processed through the eWAY online payment gateway and ANZ Merchant Services.
Paypal. If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay for your order. Ordinary PayPal payments normally clear immediately. However, the PayPal eCheque option normally takes several days to clear.
Direct bank deposit. This option is available to Australian customers only. It is not as fast as credit card or PayPal, but is available if you prefer not to use those options. You can arrange a direct deposit of funds from your bank account into Yarnomat's account. If you choose this option, you will see Yarnomat's account details on the Thank You page after you place your order. We will ship your order once the funds have cleared into Yarnomat's account, which may take a day or two.
Money order or cheque. This option is available to Australian customers only. It is not as fast as credit card, PayPal, or direct bank deposit, but is available if you prefer not to use those options. Please make your cheque or money order payable to Yarnomat and mail it to: Yarnomat, 18 Macquarie Street, Williamstown VIC 3016, Australia. We will ship your order once the funds have cleared into Yarnomat's account, which may take several days.
Shipping
We ship all orders through Australia Post. If you pay by credit card or Paypal, your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours. Otherwise your order will be shipped after your payment clears.
Free shipping offer. If your order totals $A50 or more, we will ship it for free by normal Parcel Post to any destination in Australia.
Calculating shipping. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order. If you have at least one item in your shopping cart, you can use Yarnomat's Shipping Calculator to determine your shipping cost. (Note for international customers: you have to enter something in the Post/Zip Code field for the calculator to work, but it does not matter whether it is a real postal code.)
Within Australia. For domestic orders, you can choose normal Parcel Post or the faster Express Post option. Orders are packed and sent in prepaid satchels according to weight. Normal post is usually $4.20 for less than 250g, or $5.40 for less than 500g.
Outside Australia. For orders outside Australia, you can choose Air or Sea delivery. Air delivery normally takes 3 to 10 business days. Sea delivery may take up to three months. We recommend Air delivery, since it does not cost much more than Sea delivery. However, the choice is yours.
Additional international costs. Some countries have additional import duties or shipping costs to pay after the order arrives in the country. If this applies to you, you probably know about it already. If you are not sure, please check with your country's customs regulator before you place your order. Yarnomat's shipping charge covers Air or Sea postage through Australia Post as stated above, but you are responsible for paying any additional shipping costs specific to your country.
Returns
Yarnomat aims to deliver great products and friendly service. However, if you are not happy with any aspect of your Yarnomat shopping experience, please let us know. We will do our best to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
Errors and defects. If you receive goods that are defective or not as described, or there is some other mistake in filling your order, you may send the goods back to us. We will reimburse your shipping costs and either refund your money or provide a suitable replacement product, whichever you prefer.
Changing your mind. If you change your mind about your purchase after receiving your order, you may return the goods within 30 days for store credit. However, in this instance you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return. The goods must be in original condition, suitable for resale.
Privacy Yarnomat collects your personal information only as needed to provide you with great customer service. We hate spam, and will never share your personal information except strictly as needed to securely process your payments and orders.
